It wasn’t long ago that I thought I’d never get to a point where I’d be able to have dreams or live a life where every decision wasn’t dictated by anxiety. But, I’m currently in a place where I can do things I never thought were possible for me. But I wouldn’t have been able to get there if I hadn’t reached out for help.

Yes, it is terrifying. But life is full of scary things and only when we realise that we are bigger than our fear can we truly live. Everyone is afraid. And while it may seem like people know what they’re doing, trust me, they don’t. You’ll likely find that many of them even suffer from imposter syndrome.
